The Technology Centre of New Jersey will mark 10 Years of Innovation with Celebration at North Brunswick Complex

WHAT:
The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) will host an anniversary celebration to mark the 10-year anniversary of its Technology Centre of New Jersey, a 50-acre complex located along the U.S. Route 1 technology corridor between New Brunswick and Princeton and within the Greater New Brunswick Innovation Zone.

DETAILS:
The Technology Centre of New Jersey, a joint development project of the EDA and the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, encompasses about 400,000 square of modern, affordable space that currently serves the needs of 20 early-stage technology and life sciences companies.
The EDA began development of the 50-acre former Johnson & Johnson site in 1995 to provide growing high-tech businesses with the opportunity to lease top-quality, customized laboratory, production and office space at competitive prices. More than $100 million has been invested in facilities and improvements.
The anniversary celebration will include a networking breakfast, tours of the facilities and overviews of New Jersey's Innovation Zones and the EDA's Techniuum initiative, which provides a continuum of customized financial, technical and real estate development support to assist emerging technology and life sciences businesses as they advance through their life cycle of growth.
